Foodlex product guide
About Foodlex
Foodlex is web-based client-tracking and meal-plan software for dietitians and nutrition clinics. The interface is available in Turkish, English, German, Spanish and French; there is nothing to install, because it runs in the browser.
What is Foodlex and who is it for?
Foodlex is a web application that dietitians use to keep client records, prepare meal plans and manage follow-up appointments. Client records and measurement history, AI-assisted meal plan drafts, PDF sharing with your practice name, an appointment calendar and your own recipe library all live in the same account. The software is built for dietitians and nutrition clinics in Türkiye and abroad.
You can see how the product works on the product page, and the plans and prices in the pricing section of the home page.
How does Foodlex use AI?
Foodlex creates an AI-assisted, seven-day meal plan draft from the client details you have saved and the preferences you select. The draft is not sent to the client until you review and approve it. The AI service that prepares the draft does not receive the client's name, email or phone number.
Generated content is a draft, not a replacement for a dietitian's assessment. Check its suitability for the client's allergies, health conditions and nutritional goals.
How is client data protected?
In Foodlex, health conditions, medications, allergies, email addresses and phone numbers are stored encrypted in the database. The servers and the database are in Amsterdam, inside the European Union. A client's explicit consent is recorded with the date and IP address. The dietitian is the data controller for client data; Foodlex processes it on the dietitian's behalf as the data processor.
Which data is processed, the service providers and your rights under KVKK are set out in Foodlex's privacy notice.
